Prosthetic breasts From the pictures it is very clear that Tina's breasts are not real but are latex prostheses. Virginal hypertrophy Virginal breast hypertrophy is a real medical condition, very rare, but it is a hoax that Tina suffered from this condition. Her breasts were fake. The most famous case of virginal hypertrophy was Elizabeth Travers, in Plymouth, 1669.
