Alexis Adams (born 1992 in Florida) is an American porn star. She has also worked under the name Jordana Ryan and was the Playboy "Coed of the Week" for January 19, 2012, prior to making the transition to hardcore.

Biography

Adams grew up in a small town in Florida. She was a cheerleader as a teenager and lost her virginity at age "14 or 15", after which she "became pretty promiscuous." Her 34C breasts began to really develop when she was in high school. "I want to say my junior year. They popped up out of nowhere. My boobs definitely helped me get attention." She estimates that she slept with approximately 15 guys before entering porn. She worked as a waitress in a Florida restaurant from the age of 16 till she was 19, starting her adult career while still working at the restaurant. She also studied nursing before entering the adult industry.[1]

She began her adult career as Jordana Ryan in early 2012 doing nude modelling with Playboy.[2] She soon changed her performing name to Alexis Adams and began her hardcore career due to a love of sex and entertaining, a sense that she could outperform many of the female performers in the industry, and what she felt were a lack of opportunities with just nude modeling. [3] She says it was actually her parents who flew her to Miami for her Playboy test shoot when she turned 18, and from that point she worked full-time for Model Mayhem for about a year. She was approached to do porn but at that time "was extremely against porn. I was part of the anti-porn crusade." She eventually reconsidered, saying "They suggested solo masturbation and it took me awhile before I finally did that. Then they asked about boy/girl and I said 'Hell No!' But then it just kind of happened."[1]

Adams says that in her experience, the porn industry is much more professional than the nude modelling industry. She lists her performance in Not the Wizard of Oz XXX as her favorite scene she has done thus far, due to the original movie being one of her favorites.[3]

Since becoming a pornstar Adams has moved to Las Vegas. She says she plans on returning to school at some point to study psychology, but intends to remain active in porn at least until she graduates.[1]
