Tiffany Taylor was 19 when she was discovered at a Hawaiian Tropic beauty pageant by Playboy photographer David Mecey. She posed in a plethora of Playboy Newsstand Specials before being selected as Playmate of the Month in November 1998. She was runner-up as 45th Anniversary Playmate, passed over for Jaime Bergman.
In July 2002, Taylor graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in criminology.
She makes appearances at Glamourcon.

- Taylor was Miss April in the 1998 American Dream Calendar and a Miss Photogenic American Dream finalist.
- She considered leaving modeling to pursue a career as a police officer.
- In the mid-1970s, the Ideal Toy Company manufactured a several hundred thousand Tiffany Taylor dolls. The doll's gimmick is that she could change from blonde to brunette with the turn of a screw.
